I Forgot to mention it IS a very good workout! At any fitness level, you can make this work for you. You WILL feel the burn! I thought I could handle the highest level of tension…..nope lol I have it in the middle, and I can go about 35 minutes now. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel if this video was helpful in deciding whether or not to buy this!

I agree with her. In addition, it arrived a little early. The packaging was intact.. no damage to the box or equipment. The instructions were fairly easy to read it just took about an hour to assemble. So be patient. The stride is fairly smooth. The tension works well. The only thing that can be a problem is the angle of the foot pedals. They seem the slant when in rotation and cause your feet to slide. I cut out some sturdy Styrofoam and place in at the front of the pedals. I get tired within minutes. Hopefully, I can get myself up to 30mins or more. Overall, for a hundred dollars you can't beat it.
I bought one today.
For those who can't drag it for some reason, I have done this from time to time, You could open the box and take the pieces in a few at a time.
