UNDER DESK ELLIPTICAL REVIEW

Looking for a way to work out while you work? Since I just started working at home I have been a bit busy and so I wanted to find a way to just that. So, I thought I would try out this Stamina In-Motion Elliptical Trainer. What do you think of it?

Update on my thoughts: Once I get into a rhythm I do not have a problem of it getting stuck (I think you could see this in the video a bit). The higher I turn up the tension the more I notice the spot where it gets suck. If I push with my toes I can sometimes get it to go forward. However, I found a tension setting that is a good workout level for me and where I don’t notice the spot it tends to stick. I will also say position around the elliptical is everything. I have weak knees and if I am not sitting with my legs at the right angle it can put a lot of pressure on my knees. So, make sure you are sitting in a spot that works out your muscles, not your knees/joints.
