I purchased a Peloton bike at the beginning of July, I still have not received my bike, yet they’ve taken my money. Every time I call to get my bike delivered they give me a run around and tell me they will look into it. Nobody has gotten back to me! Customer service at Peloton is horrible! They have $3600 of my money and they will not give me a bike or my money back.

I hope the shoes were complimentary, because the bike is expensive. I bought a regular Spin Bike. It's doing me well. I was on it 20 times in May. 19 in April. 7th time for June. One thing is for sure, Spinning at Home beats the Gym. I use my own music of course. Gospel for me. "Brand New Life, by Keith Pringle Choir" has the BEST! Sprint at 3:59. "Also Running for my Life by Keith Pringle Choir" Is a great song. Spinning is the Best, not buying a Peloton. Too Expensive. What if it breaks down?.

I actually just bought a Peloton and its being delivered tomorrow?. im so excited but im very nervous because I do have a bad knee but was told that biking is much better on the knees. I just would like to loose weight and feel healthier one day at a time. I bought a wider seat because the seat hurt when I tested the bike out in the store.
