Well that last person in our Family to break a bone was Danny back in his High School Days….Ethan came close to breaking his thumb a year or two ago but it looks like the time finally came where we actually have a kid who breaks their bone in the family. Ethan apparently broke his bone playing soccer says the Doctor we went to…However, check out the video and see why we are a little confused on the actual diagnosis. Did he actually break his ankle / foot?

Tina: two things that might help Ethan, one his crutches look a little high you should be able to slide a finger under the arm piece. All of the moving with crutches comes from the forearms the high is usually off on crutches and most have to go down on height and he should have a slight bend in his elbows when using the crutches , two depending on how long you will be on crutches their are pads which you buy amazon has them. They are called crutch ease they are super nice
Get a pool noodle cut in half give cushions in arms & arm pit. Get well soon Ethan

It's called hairline fracture and needs plastor or boot he needs to rest and put his leg on rest …better he doesn't hang is leg on floor so he doesn't have swelling

Also if you are still on the crutches put them smaller they will not hurt as much i was on it for a long time

I'm so not smart because I attempted to walk on my ankle in the cast I fell straight on the floor
I remember when I broke my ankle is sucks but I just dealt with it. But my break was a pretty bad break. I jumped off a slide and fully extended my leg and jammed it at the bottom good luck.
I have a stress fracture and have to get a cast and am out of soccer for 6 months

I did the same thing when I was in third grade but I had to have a cast and crutches for three weeks. For the next two weeks I was in a boot.
