I'll try this workout for sure… once I get my head back in the game and start behaving like I would like to (which means get back to studying consistently as well as move more than what I have been doing since last september)

I’m absolutely shocking with motivation to workout but I’m hoping to get much better at it!
Unfortunately I can’t do workouts like this because I’ve had a history of knee problems and I can’t really jump or run or anything but I still like watching videos like these for ideas of things I could try!
