Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch Bike Rack – Install, Quick Review

Quick check of my new platform #bike #rack, the #Kuat NV 2.0. Went for the BASE model that is all black and can add the Trail Doc repair stand as an option later. That’s the only difference between the BASE and NV 2.0 racks, aside from color and finish. If you consider buying these racks use the links below, they help me fund these videos. • Great rack. The Kuat rack was one of the ones I looked at also but I ended up getting 1up instead. I’m very happy with it. Enjoy!

  • Love the Kuat. im on my 2nd NV 2 rack. i also have the Transfer rack. and the roof rack. I have the the repair stand for mine and also the tripod that the arm fits in for a repair stand off the rack

  • I have the 1.0 Kuat 4-bike with the stand. I have never used the stand as the clamp is crap and the rack has to be folded upright to use it as well. The improvements I see on yours make me want to sell and replace mine with the 2.0. The now-4-individual locks, low-profile hitch tension knob, foot release lever and the ability to drop/raise the wheel trays are all VERY good improvements. Still, mine has given me years fo great service. On mine – if I only had the 2-bike version – I could have spaced the bikes further apart using different holes in the main beam. Was yours the same?

  • Oh man thanks for that. Its always 3 bikes lol. Me my bro and a buddy.
Getn rekd on the way all stoked and laughing. Ahahahahahahah. Excellent!!!!!!!

  • I bought a 1up USA rack. Simple installation and the locking arms don't touch the frame. Taking it to Colorado this summer so I'll probably do a review after that trip.
