Hey, cutie loves! The Victoria Secret Fashion Show may have come and gone, but the fitness routine the angels use to prep for the big show is always something I’m interested in. How you get the body on point, girl? How you keep that physique in check? Well, Taylor Hill recently spilled the detes on her IGTV, showing video of her training using HIIT treadmill workouts. Thanks to Dr. Kevin for his original upload of the Insane 20 Minute Treadmill Workout, I’ve created my own version of this fitness regime in the replication of Taylor Hill’s pre-VS show repetition! Remember that there are many different body types in the world, and they are all beautiful. Just because yours and mine and hers and his and theirs are different doesn’t mean you can’t confidently strut your stuff like you are owning the runway! Being an angel is more of an attitude than a body type! So move your body, get those muscles working and make your lungs happy, and love your body for all that it provides and allows for you! (Plus, when you treat your body and mind right, you might just find you like the way you look in da mirror, too!) ?

Brilliant video! I used to a lot of HIIT on the watt bike for 20 minutes 2x a week (30 seconds high intensity and 90 second pedalling at a fast but still slower than the intense part) I do it on and off now just because I get pain and inflammation in my hip so I'm trying to be careful until I can get to the bottom of the problem! When I first started HIIT I would feel done after the first 2 intervals (': but even now I haven't done it for a long time I can still feel how much my cardiovascular fitness increased from it. But I would take longer break periods or miss out a few of the intervals, it will soon get to the point where you don't really have to anyway :). Unfortunately, I can't go on the treadmill either because of my ankles, but I do swimming once a week, yoga 1-2 times a week and pilates once a week and three full body workout in the gym! so I'm just going to lower my calories a bit for the moment and see how that goes! ? you did so well! xx
