thank you for putting an emphasis on spot reduction. i think a lot of people just throw up an ab circuit, but lack to really talk about that it is a lot more than just a few exercises (diet, genetics, etc). it's always a helpful to hear that, along with having patience and consistency. thank youuu for reminding us
