Funny you put this up. Recommend to tighten then pedal a bit. Do you feel movement in ether arm? Tighten repeat. You may have one arm that needs more tighten then the other just go a little at a time. A heads up if your arm threads tear out after warranty what I would do Is run a longer bolt and nut at other end of arm and crank it down tight. More then one way to skin a cat.
