I have an E95. Worked great, sat unused for a long time, recently moved to another room and now get ramp error. Works fine otherwise, just incline and resistance don't work.
I hear a couple clicks, front bottom but no motor sound. Went through calibration, it failed without motor noise. Took middle cover off to check wiring to motor, all good there on both connectors. Motor gets very hot, so it's getting power.
Perhaps the "braces" the motor piston moves have seized, rusted? I'm thinking to unbolt one and see if the motor works pushing against no resistance.
On my E35, the bolt you removed at 3:55 is a #6 hex nut on the right side. It is not budging. Advice?

Any thoughts appreciated.
