The Teeter FreeStep™ Recumbent Cross Trainer brings a new level of ease to exercising in your own home with a stress-free, zero-impact cardio and strength workout. FreeStep takes the load off your back and joints, elevating comfort beyond traditional ellipticals, treadmills, and steppers while delivering exceptional calorie-burning results.
Teeter FreeStep Features:
Recumbent Training – The comfortable and naturally-reclined seated position reduces body fatigue and eliminates the stress on your joints and back while still delivering a full fat-burning cardio workout.
Patented Stride Technology protects the knees, with a natural step that follows a smooth, linear path. Dual Power Motion distributes muscle exertion throughout the body. Shift from working hard with your legs to focusing on your arms, so you can exercise longer without getting tired. That means a more comfortable total body workout that feels easier while burning more calories for faster results.
Whisper Quiet – Conveniently exercise indoors at any time of day or night without creating a noisy environment or straining to hear the TV during use.
Variable Magnetic Resistance – The easy-to-use system adjusts from lower to higher intensity with one simple dial, accommodating a range of ability levels.
Adjustable Seat – The cushioned seat reclines and adjusts to fit your height so you can position your body for optimal posture, muscle engagement and comfort.
Commercial-Grade Engineering – A virtually friction-free linkage system (tested to over 2.3 million cycles) means long-lasting performance in your own home.

Will this make me sweat?
talk louder please
Good information, but you need a louder voice or a bigger microphone. Good review though.
I would buy one but it only holds up to 250 pounds and im 350 pounds.
I love mine – but seriously – why isn't the console BACKLIT!? you can't see it while you work out 🙁
Is the unit good for hip therapy? I use a recumbant bike and its a bear to get started but afterward it warms up and gets easier to perform. Thanks for a swift reply. Btw i own a teeter hang up and it is an absolutely marvelous device for the back. Love it!
Had a Treadmill but had to stop using it due to foot problems, saw the video today and ordered one.
I just ordered one! : )
can't wait to get mine! bought it on black friday! my doctor told me to get a rowing machine… as someone with MD, I laughed… really… I knew I needed something more like this… but your competitor is $3K+. Glad I found your product!
