Last time when i joined the fitness center, i used treadmill more instead of elliptical machine. I will walk and jog on a treadmill for an hour until burn 500 calories. i find it more difficult to workout on elliptical machine. i get easily tired. Now, it works the other way round. i find it difficult to jog for a long time. but i can workout on the elliptical machine non stop for almost 30 mins. i don't know how my body works.
